Dr. Rajat Sharma serves as the Vice Chancellor and Global President at The University of Nations for Quality Education. He is also the Founder President of the Unity of Nations Action for Climate Change Council (UNAccc). Additionally, Dr. Sharma holds several prominent positions, including National Commissioner at the Hindustan Scouts Guide Association, Vice Chairman of the Board of Environmental Sustainability, and Member of the UN Global Compact in New Delhi. His contributions to academia and social causes are further highlighted by his role as National Convener of the Research Foundation of India and his service as a Board Trustee and National Secretary at VGI Sardar Patel Trust in New Delhi.
Dr. Sharma is actively involved with various international organizations, including RESI.org and PFI - Be The Change, where he serves as a Board Member. He also holds the esteemed position of International Board Chairman at the Academic Research Guide Association, focusing on Sustainable Development Goals. In recognition of his significant contributions, Dr. Rajat Sharma has been honored with four honorary doctorate degrees from universities in Argentina, the USA, Haiti, and Malaysia, as well as over 100 international and national awards. Among these accolades, he was notably awarded the Global Golden Award as the Most Notable and Top Distinguished Leader of the 21st Century by the International Chartered World Learned Society, and the Global Golden Award of Honorary Doctorate Degree from Crown University International Chartered Inc.
In his capacity as Pro Vice Chancellor and Representative of the Vice Chancellor of Crown University International Chartered Inc. in India, Dr. Sharma emphasizes the role of honorary doctorate recipients as ambassadors for sustainable growth and development worldwide. He presented these prestigious awards and certificates on April 10, 2022, in South Asia.
