Dr. Bal Mukund Singh is a distinguished academic and industry professional with over 45 years of experience spanning higher education administration, teaching, and banking management. Dr. Singh served as the Dean and Registrar at ICFAI University, Jharkhand, where he played a pivotal role in establishing Ph.D. programs, enhancing campus infrastructure, and fostering a culture of research and innovation. He introduced robust systems for academic discipline and student performance tracking, ensuring operational efficiency. Under his leadership, ICFAI achieved milestones such as building modern libraries, laboratories, and furnished classrooms, positioning the university as a hub for academic excellence. Prior to his academic tenure, Dr. Singh excelled in the banking sector with the Bank of India, serving in senior management roles for over three decades. An accomplished scholar, Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Dairying from the National Dairy Research Institute, where he conducted pioneering research in nutrient digestion methodologies.
