Dr. Ayman A. El-Saleh

Dr. Ayman A. El-Saleh is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in electronics and communication engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics & Systems Engineering from The National University of Malaysia (UKM), where his research focused on multi-objective evolutionary algorithms for cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics Engineering, specializing in digital VLSI system design, also from UKM, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Omar Al-Mukhtar University in Libya.
Currently, Dr. El-Saleh serves as the Director of Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer at A’Sharqiyah University (ASU) in Oman, where he is also an Associate Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering. His administrative and leadership roles at ASU include serving as the Director of Research and Graduate Studies, Chair of various university committees, and Research Focal Point for several national research programs. He has been instrumental in establishing and managing research centers and developing strategic research plans and policies at ASU.
Dr. El-Saleh has a rich academic background, having held several key positions at Multimedia University (MMU) in Malaysia before joining ASU. His contributions to research and academia are evidenced by his involvement in various national and international research initiatives, publications, and conference committees. He is an active member of professional organizations, including IEEE, and maintains a strong online presence through various research and academic platforms.
His personal interests include football, chess, and blogging. He is married with two sons and continues to contribute significantly to his field while balancing his professional and personal life.
