Tahrima Khondoker, a dedicated professional based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, has exhibited a diverse skill set throughout her career in education and administration. With a Master's degree in Social Science from the University of Dhaka, Tahrima's academic journey has laid the foundation for her multifaceted contributions to various fields.
Tahrima commenced her career in the nonprofit sector, contributing a year of service to BRAC, a prominent NGO in Bangladesh. Her role as a Program Organizer within the BRAC Education Program showcased her commitment to the development of Post Primary Basic and Continuing Education, emphasizing the significance of English language skills. She excelled in monitoring programs, writing proposals, and managing social surveys, establishing herself as a competent and dedicated professional.
In subsequent roles, Tahrima demonstrated her versatility. As an HR & Admin professional, she contributed to the smooth functioning of Abu Ayab Al-Balushi Trad. Following this, her stint as an Administrative Officer at Sawahid Al Sharq LLC reflected her ability to handle administrative responsibilities with efficiency and precision.
Tahrima's journey also includes a foray into the field of education. Currently serving as a Social Studies Teacher and Mentor at Bangladesh School Muscat, she brings her unique blend of administrative and educational experiences to create an enriching learning environment. Her role involves mentoring students, fostering a love for reading through public libraries, and actively participating in School Managing Committee meetings.
With a keen eye for detail and an adeptness in data analysis tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Tahrima Khondoker possesses a strong technical skill set. Her academic research experience includes insightful reports and monographs, showcasing her research capabilities.
Outside her professional endeavors, Tahrima has been actively involved in training, having completed a four-day program on Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR) facilitated by BRAC.
In terms of language proficiency, Tahrima demonstrates a commendable command of both English and Bangla, enhancing her effectiveness in communication and collaboration.
