Throughout her nine-year career, Neha has gained recognition for her critical thinking and capacity for developing creative curricula that advance teaching strategies and raise students' learning potential. Neha is results-driven and committed to assisting the professional development of her students and teachers.
Neha has been employed at Ambassador School since January 24, 2023, and she currently serves as an assistant teacher there. In this capacity, she still has a significant influence on Dubai, United Arab Emirates' education system.
Neha also worked for Innocent Times Childcare Pvt. Ltd. as the Pre-School Head from 2008 to 2012 and again from 2014 to 2015. She was instrumental in recruiting skilled educators and developing a strong sense of unity within the team. Neha implemented cutting-edge tactics and contemporary teaching tools, which led to a near-zero student attrition rate for the academic year. She also oversaw the day-to-day operations of the preschool planned parent-teacher conferences and meetings. She developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in teaching protocols.
In her role as Akshara International's Pre-Primary Coordinator from 2012 to 2013, Neha consistently showed her dedication to high standards in education. She conducted research, created the curricula, and supported the teaching staff. Her job involved brainstorming innovative ideas and carrying them out to create a lively learning atmosphere.
Neha actively led and oversaw conferences and parent-teacher meetings to promote efficient communication. She was also instrumental in organizing the first-ever Sports Day for pre-primary students and in selecting and vetting educational experts for the team.
Neha's prior experience at The Orchid School in 2006–07 as a Senior Kindergarten (Sr. K.G.) Class Teacher demonstrated her capability to improve academic progress. She organized in-house workshops for educators and parents as a key team member and designed and executed innovative teaching tools. Her efforts included organizing arts and crafts activities to encourage kids' creativity and identifying areas for improvement based on daily observations of teaching strategies and learning capacities.
Earlier in her career, Neha worked as an assistant teacher for pre-primary at Sinhgad City School from 2004 to 2005. She served as a creative member of the Crafts team and her duties included leading arts and crafts activities and carrying out educational activities at the playgroup level. She also helped with a variety of administrative tasks, which improved the general functioning of the institution.
Neha's educational history comprises a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mumbai University in 1995 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary Teacher's Education from Symbiosis Institute for Teacher's Education in 2004. Additionally, she earned a Montessori Teacher's Training Certificate from Adarsh Balwadi/Handicraft Training Institute in 2003 and a Diploma in Teacher's Training (IB Curriculum) from Cambridge University, UK, in 2016.
