Ghada Hussein Mohamed Shinkar, a distinguished educator, currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the esteemed Parasitology Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. Ghada's educational foundation is robust, having earned her M.B, B.Ch. with an Excellent Rank from Ain Shams University in December 2011. Subsequently, she pursued further specialization, attaining an M.Sc. in Medical Parasitology in November 2017. Her academic prowess is underscored by a TOEFL accreditation from the University of Ain Shams, where she demonstrated a commendable English proficiency with a score of 560.
In her role as an Assistant Lecturer since June 2018, Ghada has been instrumental in shaping the academic landscape of the Parasitology Department. Prior to this, she contributed significantly as a Demonstrator from September 2013 to June 2018, showcasing her dedication to nurturing the next generation of medical professionals. Her initial foray into the medical field was marked by a tenure as a House Officer at Ain Shams University Hospitals from March 2012 to February 2013.
Beyond the borders of Egypt, Ghada has contributed to science education at Jawatha International Schools in AL hasa from 2021 to 2022. This experience has added a global dimension to her teaching philosophy and allowed her to enrich the learning experiences of a diverse student body.
Ghada's multifaceted engagement in academia extends beyond traditional teaching roles. She actively participates in the practical teaching of Medical Parasitology for third-year students, providing hands-on guidance and fostering an environment of active learning. Her dedication to professional development is evident through her participation in conferences and workshops, including the 14th Annual conference of "Diabetes Gut & Liver" in 2017.
Ghada's linguistic proficiency extends beyond her native Arabic, showcasing conversational fluency in English. Complemented by her certification in the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, she demonstrates a keen adaptability to contemporary educational technologies.
