Anila Kousar is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong commitment to enhancing her teaching practices to inspire and engage young learners. With an extensive background in early childhood and elementary education, she has served as a Homeroom Teacher in leading institutions, including HEI School in Riyadh, YARA International School, and Pakistan International School in Riyadh. She has honed her instructional skills through international qualifications, holding a CELTA certification from Cambridge and an HEI Teacher Diploma from Helsinki University, Finland. Currently, Anila is furthering her expertise by pursuing a PGCE from the University of Greenwich, England, to stay at the forefront of modern pedagogical techniques.

Throughout her career, Anila has designed and implemented comprehensive lesson plans, tailored to meet the specific learning needs and abilities of her students. Her approach prioritizes inclusive and differentiated instruction, fostering a positive and adaptable learning environment. She maintains an open line of communication with parents, regularly updating them on their children’s progress and organizing conferences to ensure a collaborative approach to each student's academic journey.

Anila’s teaching credentials are further complemented by her numerous professional certifications, including diplomas in Child Psychology, Early Years Teaching, Montessori Teaching, and Special Educational Needs. Her proactive approach to professional development includes participating in international courses such as "Supporting Children with Reading and Writing Difficulties" from the University of London and "Resilience in Children Exposed to Trauma" from the University of Minnesota. These courses have enriched her understanding of student psychology, child protection, and classroom motivation.

In addition to her classroom responsibilities, Anila has held leadership roles, such as Lead Teacher at Imperial Institute of Technology in Pakistan, where she collaborated on curriculum development and organized training sessions to support and empower her peers.
