Aditya Sharma is an adept Training Manager with a penchant for intellectual pursuits, focusing on operational excellence with a calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail. As the Head of Mathematics at ATP STEM Education and Training Services in Dubai, UAE, Aditya brings over four years of experience nurturing students across various curriculums, including IB, GCSE, AP, CBSE, and ICSE. He is dedicated to helping students unlock their potential and grasp the relevance of mathematics in everyday life and diverse academic spaces.
In his current role, Aditya leads a team in developing content for IB DP, MYP programs, and A-level students, while also providing guidance to new Mathematics teachers. Prior to his tenure at ATP STEM, he served as a Mathematics Faculty at Byju’s Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded sessions for JEE aspirants and managed a team of content developers for IB and A-level Math. Additionally, his experience at Career Point Education Pvt. Ltd. in India further solidified his expertise, where he achieved remarkable results, including producing top ranks in JEE Main and state board exams.
Education-wise, Aditya holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Srinagar. He is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (International) from Liverpool John Moore’s University.
